Woman Says She Defied ICE, Took Sanctuary in Church Because Son Didn`t Want Her to Leave

U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement is calling Ingrid Latorre a fugitive after she skipped her flight to Peru early Tuesday and took sanctuary in a Colorado church instead.
